Managing Partner
Experienced investment banker with an engineering background and 20+ years of experience in structured finance, corporate finance advisory and capital raising. In 2022, Darine co-founded Twelve Gates Advisory, a business advisory firm that supports small and medium enterprises by providing financial and strategic advisory services. The firm was established to help SMEs unlock their full potential and grow. She is passionate about developing solutions that enable these companies to increase their value and profitability while achieving sustainable growth. She has built know-how and expertise in valuations, mergers and acquisitions, sell-side/ buy-side advisory, financial restructuring and capital raising. She has successfully closed many transactions in several sectors including food & beverage, technology, insurance, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries. Passionate about her work, Darine loves to brainstorm, challenge her clients’ mindset and perception, and help them see things from different perspectives. She also serves on the board of directors of a leading hospitality company in Lebanon. Away from the office, she spends her time learning new things, connecting with nature, traveling and meeting new people.
